JL Dental Hygiene is an independent, studio-style dental hygiene practice focused on providing personalized, one-on-one care in a calm and comfortable environment.
Founded by Registered Dental Hygienist Jahzzie Limmayog, the clinic is built on the belief that dental care should be unhurried, patient-centered, and genuinely compassionate. Every visit is tailored to your individual needs—whether you’re maintaining your oral health or getting back on track.
From preventive care to oral health education, the goal is simple:

SERVICES
Teeth polishing helps remove plaque (biofilm), surface stains, caused from things such as smoking, tea, coffee, etc.
A professional in-office whitening treatment designed to safely brighten your natural teeth. Results vary, and multiple sessions or touch-ups may be recommended to achieve your desired shade.
Dental x-rays are diagnostic images used to detect cavities, bone loss, and other conditions not visible during a clinical exam.
A thorough professional cleaning (scaling/root planing) to remove plaque and tartar while promoting healthy teeth and gums.
A comprehensive exam to evaluate your overall oral health, screen for diseases, and establish a baseline for your personalized care plan.
We follow the current fee guide set by the Dental Hygienist Association of Alberta (DHAA)
The fee guide is updated every year to reflect economic changes and the cost of providing care.
We direct bill most insurances and we accept patients with Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) coverage.
